My approach is integrative, recognising that every person and every story is unique. What to expect

Discovery call

Every new client begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to talk about what's brought you here, what you're hoping to achieve and whether I'm the right person to support you. You'll also have the chance to ask questions and learn more about how I work. There is no obligation to continue after the call.

Sessions

Individual counselling, coaching and career sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and goals. Most sessions take place online, making it easy to work together wherever you're based. Face-to-face appointments may also be available by arrangement.

Confidentiality

Creating a safe and confidential space is central to my practice. What you share remains private, except in the rare circumstances where there is a legal or ethical duty to protect your safety or the safety of someone else. I'll explain confidentiality fully during our first meeting, so you know exactly what to expect.

Working together

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Some people come for short-term support around a specific challenge, while others choose to work together over a longer period to explore deeper personal or professional goals. We'll regularly review your progress and ensure our work continues to meet your needs.

Fees

Fees vary depending on the service you require, whether counselling, coaching, career support or organisational consultancy. Full details will be discussed during your discovery call, so you'll have a clear understanding before deciding whether to proceed.
